The "Okinawa Remote Islands 3 Villages Fair" will be held from November 9 to 24, where visitors can enjoy specialties from the three remote Okinawan islands (Iejima, Izenajima, and Iheyajima)!

The event will feature outdoor stalls where visitors can experience specialty products and food culture of each island at Depot Island Boardwalk in Chatan Town American Village on November 9 and 10, and at Outlet Mall Ashibinae in Tomigusuku City from November 11 to 24. Fresh foods and handmade specialties nurtured in the great outdoors will be on display!

Ie Island

Iejima Island, located in the northern part of Okinawa's main island, is blessed with nutrient-rich land and a mild climate. The island is popular among tourists for its brand beef "Ie beef," brown sugar peanuts made from peanuts, and yessoda made from spring water from the "Wazi" spring, as well as the "Iejima Lily Festival" held annually in spring. Iejima," a shochu liquor with a flavor unique to the island, and yerum are also popular. The locals love this shochu because of its long-established traditional production method. Izena Island
