雨天や台風の場合、予約したアクティビティはどうなりますか？
屋外マリンスポーツなどの場合、天候不良や海況の悪化によって安全が確保できないとショップが判断した際は、ツアー中止または代替ポイントへの変更となります。主催者側の中止判断であれば、基本的にキャンセル料は発生せず全額返金されます。
マリンアクティビティに参加する際、水着やタオルのレンタルはありますか？
ウェットスーツやライフジャケット、シュノーケル等の専用機材はツアー料金に含まれている（またはレンタル可能）ことがほとんどですが、肌に直接触れる水着や、ツアー後に体を拭くためのバスタオルはご自身で持参する必要があります。プランの詳細ページにある「持ち物」欄を必ずご確認ください。
泳ぎが苦手でもシュノーケリングやダイビングに参加できますか？
はい、参加可能です。ウェットスーツやライフジャケットを着用するため自然と体が浮きますし、インストラクターが浮き輪（フロート）を引いてサポートしてくれるため、顔を水につけることができれば泳げなくても美しい海中世界を楽しむことができます。
小さな子供や赤ちゃんが参加できるマリンアクティビティはありますか？
0歳の赤ちゃんから乗船可能なグラスボートや、波の穏やかなビーチでの水遊びプランなどがございます。また、インストラクターを完全に貸切にできるプライベートプランを選ぶと、お子様のペースに合わせて安全に海を楽しむことができるため、ファミリーには大変おすすめです。
生理中でも海に入るアクティビティに参加できますか？
健康状態に問題がなければ、タンポン等の生理用品を使用することでシュノーケリングやダイビングに参加可能です。ご不安な場合は、ご予約の際に直接ショップへご相談いただくと、ボートのトイレ設備などについて適切なアドバイスをもらえます。
コンタクトレンズや眼鏡をしたまま海に入れますか？
コンタクトレンズ（使い捨てソフトレンズ推奨）は装着したままマスク（ゴーグル）をつけて潜ることが可能です。眼鏡の場合は外す必要がありますが、優良ショップの多くは視力に合わせた「度付きマスク」をレンタルで用意しています。
青の洞窟に行けない日があるって本当ですか？
はい。青の洞窟は北風に弱く、特に冬場（11月〜3月頃）は波が高くなりやすく、安全のためボートが出港できない・または遊泳禁止の「赤旗」となる確率が上がります。行けない場合は、近隣の穏やかなビーチでのシュノーケリング等に変更となるケースが一般的です。
アクティビティの集合場所への送迎はありますか？
ショップやプランによって異なります。恩納村や那覇など、ショップから近い指定エリア内のホテルであれば無料送迎が付いているプランもありますが、沖縄のアクティビティはレンタカーで直接現地（港やビーチ）へ「現地集合・現地解散」となるスタイルが主流です。
冬でも海に入れますか？寒くないですか？
沖縄の冬（12月〜2月）でも海水温は20度前後あるため、保温性の高い厚手のウェットスーツを着用すればシュノーケリングやダイビングを楽しめます。海の中よりも、海から上がって風に当たった時に寒さを感じやすいため、ボートコートの貸出があるショップを選ぶと安心です。
いつ頃までに予約をすればいいですか？
GWや夏休みのトップシーズン、また「1日1組限定」などの貸切プライベートプランは、数ヶ月前から予約が埋まることがあります。航空券とホテルが決まり次第、アクティビティも早めに押さえておくことをおすすめします。
