Here it is for now. I honestly don't know which part is which, but it's the pork tongue, kashira, nodobella, halami, hatsu, and liver.

Pork tails are so plump. It was cooked in a sweet and spicy sauce. It was like eating the collagen part of the soki.
Review of Okibara
Even as amateurs, we could tell that the freshness was obviously different. The meats all appeared in chunks, so it took time for the two of us to finish them. When we finished the first group and were about to enter the second group, we were surprised to see the meat. There was no blood on the plate at all. Apparently, fresh meat that is not frozen does not drip over time.
My husband, who hates liver, enjoyed eating it, saying it was "delicious. It was the first time for him to eat liver with almost no fishy smell.
Many people seem to stop by on their way home from activities or golf. Families and couples alike will enjoy dining here!
