Hotel appearance and atmosphere

THE BREAKFAST HOTEL Porto Ishigakijima
This is a very beautiful hotel that will open in 2022. The hotel building is in the front and the condo building (with kitchenette) is in the back. There are 119 rooms in total.
THE BREAKFAST HOTEL Porto Ishigakijima
The entrance of the hotel building looks like this.

The hotel also had a coin-operated laundry and vending machines.

THE BREAKFAST HOTEL Porto Ishigakijima
I booked a room by myself for a business trip, and I was lucky because only 3 rooms were available, but the price was the same as a single room. There was a TV and VOD...I forgot. The sunset was beautiful that day.

Yes, it is. It's totally fine. I like the spacious resort hotel, but I also like the compact size with integrated bathroom.

the BREAKFAST

THE BREAKFAST HOTEL Porto Ishigakijima
I was looking forward to the breakfast buffet until morning! On this day, it was A5 grade special Ishigaki beef roast beef. There are also proper toppings such as garlic chips and sauce. I was so happy to be able to eat roast beef bowl in the morning. And it's high quality Ishigaki beef. My stomach is happy from morning.

You can also make your own seafood bowl! I was expecting "maybe two or three kinds of sashimi," but was surprised to find there were six. On this day, there were tuna, yellowtail, akamachi, squid, salmon, and meibai. For those who think a bowl of rice is too heavy, a combination of rice, miso soup, and sashimi is also a good choice! My father would say the sashimi serving is just right.
THE BREAKFAST HOTEL Porto Ishigakijima
Speaking of Ishigaki, you can eat all-you-can-eat Yaeyama soba noodles! Don't forget the island (Yaeyama) fish cake topping.
THE BREAKFAST HOTEL Porto Ishigakijima
There are four types of genki beverages that can only be found in the Yaeyama Islands! The San-Pin Tea on the right can be drunk as much as you want on the main island of Okinawa, so I took the opportunity to drink the Genki-Cool drink here. As I recall, I felt better that day (just a feeling).

Multiple breads and taco rice were also available.

Review of Okibara

I stayed one night on Ishigaki Island for work, and since I was working throughout the day, I was really looking forward to the breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast was surprisingly varied and delicious, exceeding my expectations.

While some resort hotels have an ordinary taste, I was impressed by the delicious breakfast, even though it was served in a compact hotel.

The remote island terminal is about a 10-minute walk, and the city center is about a 5-minute walk. The location is relatively favorable for the location of the Just far enough away from the city center so that it is not too far from the city center,It was very quiet at night.

Next time, I want to bring my girlfriend and have her eat a lot. If you visit Ishigaki Island, please put it on your list!

The food is great! I was able to check out of the hotel with a good feeling, so the cosiness is great!
