Resorts Ryukyu Corporation (headquartered in Tomigushiro City, Okinawa Prefecture) will renovate the "47STORE" souvenir store in Umikazi Terrace on Senagashima Island and newly open it as "Okinawa no okurimono" on April 29, 2025 (Tuesday, national holiday).
About "Okinawan Gifts
Okinawa no Okurimono" is a select store that delivers special "Okurimono" filled with materials and feelings of the islands. In addition to popular T-shirts and classic sweets for sightseeing in Okinawa, the shop offers a variety of items that you cannot find in other stores, such as Okinawan gourmet foods and one-of-a-kind sundries made by local artists. You can find the perfect "gift" for "a memory of your trip," "for that special someone," or "as a reward for yourself.
Until now, the name of the store was "47STORE", which expresses our wish to deliver good products from Okinawa to people in the 47 prefectures plus α (overseas), but we are changing the store name to "Okinawa no okurimono" so that our wish can be delivered more straightforwardly.
The store is located at Umikazi Terrace on Senagashima Island, a popular sightseeing spot, making it easy to stop by during a break from sightseeing. Please enjoy shopping filled with the charms of Okinawa while enjoying the location overlooking the beautiful ocean and the setting sun.

Along with the store name change, the store logo will also be renewed.
Since "Okinawa no okurimono" is a store that sells a variety of souvenirs from all over Okinawa Prefecture, the silhouette of the main island of Okinawa was used as a base, and "whale sharks," "hibiscus," "bitter gourd," and "shisa" were incorporated to give a sense of Okinawa's uniqueness.
The colors are composed of four colors inspired by the sea, nature, the sun, and flowers of Okinawa, and the color scheme conveys the rich nature, tropical feel, and fun of Okinawa, expressing the full appeal of Okinawa.
We will be happy if this logo will remind people of the pleasant time they had in Okinawa, or if the wind of Okinawa will gently reach the hearts of those who pick up the souvenirs.
