Orion The Dark is our dark beer that has been sold exclusively overseas and through official mail order since November 2022. It has been sold in a total of seven countries overseas, including Taiwan, Hong Kong, Australia, and New Zealand, and is particularly popular in Asia and Oceania, where the climate is warmer, due to its refreshing and easy-to-drink taste. In Japan, it is sold exclusively through our official mail order service, and has received many favorable comments in Japan as well.
In order to allow more people to enjoy the "world-famous taste", we have decided to sell it year-round in Okinawa and the Amami Islands area.
Orion The Dark" is different from "so-called black beer". It is a new type of standard beer with a refreshing, easy-drinking flavor similar to "Orion The Draft", but by using some dark malt, it has a rich roasted aroma and full-bodied flavor that makes it easy to drink.
The package design expresses Orion The Dark's characteristic rich aroma and full-bodied, easy-to-drink flavor from dark malt with a dark base color and gold gradation. The wave at the bottom of the design represents the waves of Okinawa and expresses the fact that it is an original Okinawan product.
