Okinawa Soba and Pan Restaurant Cyrano is characterized by a brick building that looks like something out of "The Witch's Delivery Service" or "Howl's Moving Castle. The warm colors and cute design will make visitors' hearts skip a beat.

The restaurant is cozy and comfortable, and the meticulous attention to detail in the interior is comforting and relaxing.

There was also counter seating with a good view of the greenery!

Surprising Pairing of Okinawan Soba and Bread

The main attraction of this restaurant is the novel combination of Okinawan soba and bread. You must be wondering what kind of flavor it has.

The "Asari Soba" has an elegant taste with the flavor of asari clams blended into the gentle broth. When bread is dipped into the broth, it is a surprisingly excellent match! In particular, the flavor is enhanced when the bread is dipped in the asari broth.

The identity of the osozai bun is a meat bun! (We don't call them meat buns at the restaurant.) It can be dipped in sauce or scallion soup! Personally, the asari dashi is the big winner.

The Green Curry Soba is a dish with a spicy aroma and a creamy richness. It goes great with Okinawan soba noodles and tastes even better when dipped in garlic toast.

The items that changed the flavor of the green curry were jalapeno peppers and lemon! The flavors changed at once and it was very tasty!

It comes with toast, but you can also get garlic toast for an extra charge! This was a great decision ♡.

A full menu that can be enjoyed all the way through to dessert

The pudding, in particular, was too shocking!

The moment you put a spoon in, this "drinkable pudding" melts in your mouth. You will be surprised at how smooth it is, which you cannot imagine from its appearance. Once you try it, you are sure to repeat the taste.

The toast served in the restaurant is so delicious that many customers buy bread on their way home. It is also recommended to arrange it into French toast at home.
