The bright red exterior and the large word "Hormone". You can find it if you drive slowly, paying attention to the street! The parking lot is a minute walk from the restaurant, one street inside. A map of the parking lot is attached at the bottom of this article.

Apparently, players visit the store when it is during the Okinawa professional baseball camp. It is said that many celebrities also visit the restaurant for oshinobi.
I ordered as recommended by the owner!

The Showa-style interior of the restaurant is emo. Inside Hormone Butao, the walls are lined with menu items. Some of the menu items are unfamiliar to customers. As a popular restaurant, it seems to be crowded depending on the day of the week and time of day. It is recommended to make a reservation in advance if possible.

Even as amateurs, we could tell that the freshness was obviously different. The meats all appeared in chunks, so it took time for the two of us to finish them. When we finished the first group and were about to enter the second group, we were surprised to see the meat. There was no blood on the plate at all. Apparently, fresh meat that is not frozen does not drip over time.

My husband, who hates liver, enjoyed eating it, saying it was "delicious. It was the first time for him to eat liver with almost no fishy smell.
