Suroya is an old-fashioned Okinawan soba specialty restaurant run by a couple, tucked away in a residential area just off the Hsuuda Interchange in Nago City. Surrounded by tropical plants in a traditional Okinawan house, you can enjoy a bowl of noodles made by hand and made with additive-free ingredients. Once you step into the restaurant, you will feel a nostalgic time flowing through your mind, and even on a rainy day, you will feel comfortable in this healing space. It is the kind of restaurant that makes you want to say, "I'm home," even if it is your first time here.

As you proceed through the residential area, you will see a quaint old wooden house surrounded by tropical plants. As you pass through the gate, the aroma of dashi broth wafting through the air and the relaxing atmosphere will instantly reset your travel fatigue.
The warmth of wood remains throughout the restaurant, and the old-fashioned fan and daily calendar are quite nostalgic. Children's chairs are also available, making the restaurant family-friendly.

Review of Okibara
Moriyaya is an Okinawan noodle shop filled with "healing" in its space, taste, and even the warmth of the owner and his wife. It is a perfect place to stop by during a trip or to spend some time in a relaxed atmosphere! In Okibura's opinion, it is one of the "Top 5 favorite Okinawan soba restaurants," and I hope many people will experience it.
