The information collected is not stored in this site’s CMS database but is strictly managed in a separate cloud database (operated in a domestic region) with row-level security applied. [3-3] Favorites Feature
Favorites information for non-member users is stored only on the user’s own device (in the browser’s local storage). It is not transmitted to or stored on this site’s servers in any way. Favorites information for member users is managed in the cloud database specified in Article 3-2.
[3-4] Quiz and Certification Services
We collect the following information on a voluntary basis from users who wish to be listed in the rankings.

We do not collect personally identifiable information, such as names or email addresses.
[3-5] Ranking System
Some pages on this site feature a system where rankings change in real time based on users’ “Likes.” Ranking changes are determined solely by user actions; neither the site operator nor the listed companies engage in any arbitrary manipulation.
