Birth The Suite's dinner is a full-course meal using lavishly prepared seasonal Okinawan ingredients. Each dish is carefully prepared by a full-time chef and delivered to the villa, where the staff prepares it for you. Particularly impressive was the "red sunfish meuniere. The combination of the flavor of the plump, grilled white fish and the exquisite sauce was superb.
Breakfast - a refreshing morning with a view of the fukugi
A colorful Western-style plate of breakfast is served and can be enjoyed while gazing at the rows of fukugi trees. The dishes are prepared with fresh Okinawan vegetables and local ingredients, and are a refreshing way to start the day. Breakfast served in the midst of nature will refresh your mind and body.

Birth The Suite can also prepare surprise cakes for anniversaries and special occasions. When we actually visited for our first wedding anniversary, we were impressed by the cake that the staff had prepared with great care. Along with the beautiful decorations, it created a memorable moment with my loved one. This service is perfect for a surprise on a special occasion.

Birth The Suite is a suite villa surrounded by the tranquility of Fukugi trees. This is the perfect place for a special stay in Okinawa, where you can enjoy an extraordinary experience that will make you feel as if you are in another world.
Fukugi is really mysterious, and it is said that it grows only "about 10 cm" in a year. The fukugi trees lining Bise are said to be about 300 years old. It seems that they were planted as seedlings for feng shui during the Ryukyu Dynasty, and it is very moving to think that the Fukugi trees are here today because our ancestors planted and nurtured them.
I knew that the fukugi trees acted as a windbreak, and they really did! The day we actually stayed there, the wind was so strong that it messed up my hair, but it was so calm and cozy inside the villa. And it was in the middle of winter!
It was an unforgettable experience, with a completely private space and a sumptuous meal.
Thank you to the staff for even providing us with a cake for our anniversary!
