Okibura Reviews

"Scorching Tida Soba"—I ordered it because the name caught my eye... and I’m so glad I did! Although I was surprised by the punchy spiciness from the very first bite, the rich umami flavor of the broth kept me coming back for more. The firm texture of the homemade noodles was addictive, and before I knew it, I’d finished every last drop of the broth.
Even on a hot day, this bowl of ramen really gave me a boost!
