The bakery is loved by local residents and tourists alike for its freshly baked yeast breads, baked sweets using seasonal fruits, and relaxing drinks.

A large banyan tree towering over the entrance of the restaurant gently welcomes visitors. The old private house quietly nestled in the forest creates an atmosphere as if you have wandered into another world.

The restaurant is designed with the warmth of wood and offers both tatami room and table seating.

Surrounded by trees, the store allows customers to eat their bread and other items they have purchased on the spot, in addition to taking them home. You will often see people eating inside the store or on the terrace.

A variety of natural yeast breads and baked goods

Bread baked in Suien's handmade brick oven features dough fermented slowly at a low temperature.

Breads made with local ingredients such as Okinawan sea salt and red potatoes are available.

Muffins and scones are also available.

You can take out the bread you buy or eat it in the store space.
