For dinner, we ate at "Nuuji," the hotel's dining restaurant. This restaurant offers a French course that makes generous use of Okinawan ingredients, creating a truly special dining experience.
The multi-course meal was visually stunning, with each dish meticulously prepared—it was like a work of art. From the appetizers to the main courses and desserts, every dish was served with the highest quality. In addition, the staff suggests drink pairings that complement the food, making for an even more special dining experience.
After dinner, it's time to relax at the bar "Tingara"
After dinner, we enjoyed a luxurious evening at the hotel’s bar, “Tingara.” It offers a calm and sophisticated atmosphere perfect for adults.
At the bar, you can enjoy a wide variety of drinks, including cocktails made with ingredients from Okinawa, as well as carefully selected whiskeys and wines. The bar’s charm lies in the opportunity to spend a relaxing time listening to soothing music while gazing out the window at the night view and the starry sky.
Enjoy breakfast while relaxing in your room
We enjoyed a leisurely breakfast in our room. I chose the Western-style breakfast, and my wife chose the Japanese-style breakfast, so we were able to enjoy breakfasts tailored to our individual tastes.
The best part about having breakfast in your room is being able to enjoy it in a relaxed atmosphere. You don’t have to go to the breakfast area in your pajamas—the staff will bring it right to you, so you can enjoy your meal without ever having to leave your room!
