LIMPID is a small café-restaurant offering reasonably priced French veil cuisine in Okinawa, Japan.It was born in Minatogawa Gaijin Residence in 2016 and relocated and opened in Kitanakagusuku Village on November 11, 2023. French-based full-course lunches and a la carte lunch menus are available. Numerous dishes are prepared with attention to detail, even using ingredients grown in the fields and cooked to perfection. Highly recommended for a nice lunch with friends!

After the meal, I was a little busy with my computer........ (I was allowed to stay longer since there happened to be no customers...)
There are two LIMPID courses.
Sonny ordered the full course. (A real foodie.) The full course includes both fish and meat. The fish was a surprise.
The quality of each ingredient is brought to life, and you can really feel the chef's thoughtfulness as he carefully prepares each dish.

You can feel the sweetness of the taro and the smooth texture of the taro, which shows the care the owner takes in the preparation.

The fresh fish changes depending on the day. There is a Chinese cabbage gratin, which fits perfectly with the gentle sauce!

Thick but tender meat. The sauce is perfect with vegetables!

It was a traditional French dessert called nougat crasset. It was fluffy and refreshing. It was served with star fruit on top.

Kazunari ordered curry from the single lunch menu.
Beef Misuzi, curry and hot egg, two kinds of meat can be enjoyed at once.
It was just spicy enough that even those who do not like spicy food could eat it without worry!

This is the perfect place for those who want to enjoy delicious French cuisine in a convenient setting. It is very good for those who want to spend a little time in style at a small gathering of friends, or when the main celebration is at night but you want to make lunch a little better as well!
