Okinawa offers a wide variety of accommodations, including private villas, high-end resorts, and hotels with ocean view suites, as well as luxurious villas and cottages. We recommend staying at the facility that best suits your purpose.

The key words to keep in mind are "on the beach hotel (meaning by the sea). The room name must have "ocean view" (synonymously, "green view" means the ocean is not visible or hard to see). Which is more convenient, a hotel near the beach or a hotel in the city center?
If you want to enjoy a beach resort, oceanfront accommodations with a private atmosphere are popular in Onna Village and on Miyako and Ishigaki islands. City hotels in Naha City are convenient for sightseeing without a rental car.
Are there any accommodations where I can avoid the crowds and enjoy more private time?
Yes. There are villas that are independent and reserved for a single family, resorts that are available only for a limited number of guests, and hotels with private beaches. The prices are moderate, but more than that, you can enjoy the luxury of a special and private experience.
How far in advance should I make reservations for resort facilities and hotels in Okinawa?
We recommend securing your hotel or villa as early as possible, as the highest class hotels and villas are often booked several months in advance. Booking at least six months in advance is ideal, especially for private villas. Early reservations are recommended for hotels as well.
How can I reduce the cost of lodging for my trip to Okinawa?
